Nikon Camera Set Up
Please make sure your camera is set to A (aperture priority)
If possible, start with a blank memory card in your camera. This will improve the Arsenal 2 app's initial performance.
Fully charge your camera's battery. (Some cameras disable their USB port when the battery is low.)
Set your camera to save in RAW or RAW+JPEG formats. Saving TIFFs is not supported.
EV is set to "0" prior to connecting
Make sure the Live View selector switch is set to stills and not video.
Set your aspect ratio for your image quality to 3:2
Nikon D850
Please check to make sure your "silent live view photography" is set to off.
Nikon Z8
Please check that the USB Data Connection is set to MTP/PTP.
Nikon Z6III
When you first connect Arsenal 2 to the Nikon Z6III a message will appear on your camera's display that reads “The camera is in upload-priority mode. To exit upload priority mode and return to live view, press the shutter release button halfway."
To clear this message navigate to Menu -> Setup Menu -> USB connection priority -> Set to Shooting
This will clear the message so that it doesn’t come up each time you connect your Arsenal 2.

Troubleshooting Tips
Trouble running an Exposure Bracket?
Please make sure your camera's EV step is set to 1/3 or 0.3 EV.
Shutterspeed does not appear to be adjusting above 1/30?
Set “Manual Movie Settings” to OFF. This is usually found in the camera's “Shooting Menu”. If it is set to ON, Arsenal 2 can only access shutter speeds between 1/8000 and 1/30.
Seeing an error to move the dial on your camera to "M" but already in Manual Mode?
Move the camera dial to M, disable liveview in the app, wait until the mirror drops and then re-enable liveview.
