1. Charge Your Arsenal 2

Make sure your Arsenal 2 is charged. You can use either port USB port on the device to charge Arsenal 2 or Arsenal 2 Pro.

2. Link Arsenal 2 With Your Phone App

If you have not done so already, download the app.

  • Next, you’ll link Arsenal 2 with your phone app so it can control your camera and send updates to your device.

  • Turn on your Arsenal 2 device by briefly pressing and releasing the power button. You’ll see the blue LED lights animate on the front of the device, then go out. Leaving the blue power LED remaining lit.

  • Open the Arsenal 2 app on your phone.

If this is your first time connecting, the app will ask you to enable Bluetooth discovery permissions. “Arsenal 2 Would Like to Use BlueTooth” select “OK”

It will then ask you to allow it to connect over WiFi, “Arsenal 2 would like to find and connect to devices on your local network.” Select “OK”

3. Updating Arsenal 2

If your app has updated, you'll need to push new firmware to the device. This is included with the app update so you'll never need to worry about having to do a remote firmware update with a spotty internet connection. When the app prompts you to update the firmware, click “Install Update”.

  • After the transfer is completed, the blue LED bar will turn on and Arsenal 2 will begin installing the firmware updates. This takes approximately 1 minute.

If you do not have auto-updates turned on, on your phone you can always download the latest version from the App Store.

You are now ready to start shooting with Arsenal 2!
