Tracking questions, shipping requests, and shipping problems

If you need any special arrangements or run into any exceptions, please contact the shipping courier assigned to your shipment for assistance. Arsenal does not have any additional information beyond what is listed here, and most often the shipping courier can help with holding packages, multiple delivery attempts, and other items. Lost or stolen packages

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately. They will be able to help you file a claim.
