To help us answer your question as quickly as possible, please provide a detailed description of your question or issue and the following:
For tracking/shipping questions:
- Your order confirmation and tracking number
For technical support questions:
- Your camera brand and model
- Your phone operating system (iOS or Android)
- Your phone model (e.g. iPhone 8)
- Your phone service provider (e.g. Verizon)
- The version number of your Arsenal Remote app. You can find this by tapping the gear icon and scrolling to the bottom of the settings screen.
