Orders ship from our fulfillment center within 2 business days after they’ve been placed. You will receive a tracking confirmation email from “email@example.com” as soon as your order is shipped. If you have not received your tracking confirmation and you believe your order should have shipped already, please check your Spam, Promotions, or Other folders for the email. Shipping time frames vary depending on the destination country. Your order confirmation email indicates an estimated delivery time frame. We do our best to make this estimate as accurate as possible, but transit times can take up to 17 business days as some shipments travel through customs clearance procedures.
Please allow the full 17 business days from your shipping date for your package to make it to the final delivery destination.
If your package is delayed in transit, most issues can be resolved by calling the courier who is delivering the package in your country. If your package has not arrived 17 days after your ship date and the courier is not able to provide any additional information, please contact us via email (email@example.com).
