If you need any special arrangements or run into any exceptions, please contact the shipping courier assigned to your shipment for assistance. Arsenal does not have any additional information beyond what is listed here, and most often the shipping courier can help with holding packages, multiple delivery attempts, and other items. Please note most shipments have an initial carrier, and then a secondary carrier for delivery, usually your local post office. Your tracking information will indicate the carrier as your tracking information updates.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately. They will be able to help you file a claim. Please reach out to customer support if the carrier is unable to locate your package or complete delivery.
